I got completely fed up with all these so-called ‘specialist aviation recruitment agencies’ in the UK. After looking into their backgrounds, I realised none of them had ever actually worked in our industry. Not one.
So how can someone who’s spent their entire career behind a computer make hiring decisions about pilots, engineers, and other aviation professionals? They can’t — and that’s exactly why I built something different.
