With over 13 years of experience in aviation — as an airline pilot, glider pilot, operations manager, and now as an aviation recruiter — I bring a unique, experience-based approach to recruitment.

I believe that operators and candidates can’t be properly supported by recruitment agencies that lack first-hand experience in the industry. That’s why I started V1—after dealing with many of them myself and realizing that none truly understand our world. 

I also don’t believe in box-ticking or cutting corners. I’m here because I genuinely want to help my fellow aviation professionals find their ideal roles, and to give my clients peace of mind knowing they’re working with someone who truly understands their business.
